Who We Are?

Every product under Facilehome is designed to extend the service life of the furniture and safety in mind, and actively listen to the customer's suggestions to improve the product, creatively designing amazing lifestyle products accompany your life.

Our Mission:

Facilehome Shop's mission is to help add a furniture of comfort to your home.We focus on design and produce small furniture, owing showroom and office at Shenzhen over 406 square meters. Professional sales and customer service team, R&D Team and Quality Control Team to protect your goods in good.

We have production capacity for both edge banding melamine boards and spray painting and the main materials of our products range from E1.P2 high-density board solid teak wood solid mahogany wood to multi-functional hardware parts.

All materials and parts are subject to our strict quality assurance inspections prior to production.

Our melamine board production line is equipped with high precision power saws and 3 in 1 CNC machine for cutting grooving and punching where the machines are highly accurate and able to process any OEM orders with small quantity.

The edge banding machine features straight bevel and round edges while the drilling jigs range from three rows to seven rows of drills are perfect for hole alignments and production of flat packed furniture.

Our hinge drills are specifically designed for making door hinges assembly a breeze.

Our solid timber and manufactured board spray painting workshops boast high precision computerized power saw and CNC cutting machine for cutting and grooving which ensure high cutting quality which ensure high cutting quality and accuracy as well as the capacity of performing smaller orders.

The majority of the parts are cold pressed into shape upon completion of nailing and gluing which enhances the durability of our products.

Following the first sanding the woodwork will be transferred to our painting and sanding department where the second and final sanding will be carried out until the products are ready for the sequential two coats of paint.Each production procedure is subject to assessment of sizes materials and workmanship while the packaging department will inspect all finished products from cleaning to testing such as product assembly test hardware test, accessory test, packaging material inspections and package drop test.

The package of our products are drop tested against the 3A.6A international standard.
